Purpose of Tuskegee Rentals TuskegeeRentals.com and TuskegeeRentals.net (“Tuskegee Rentals”) is an online advertising platform where property owners and managers can post rental listings viewable by the general public. We do not connect parties, act as an intermediary, or participate in any rental transactions. All contact between property owners and prospective tenants happens outside our platform and without our involvement. Tuskegee Rentals is not a real estate broker, property manager, CPA, attorney, insurance agent, or financial advisor. 2. No Brokerage or Management Services Tuskegee Rentals does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or property manager, and is not involved in lease negotiations, tenant screening, rent collection, or property management services. 3. Listing Responsibility Property owners are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their listings. Tuskegee Rentals does not verify ownership or the right to rent a listed property. We assume that anyone posting a property has the legal right to do so. All listings must comply with federal, state, and local laws, including the Fair Housing Act and any required rental permits. 4. Approval Process All listings are subject to review and may be edited, declined, or removed at our discretion for quality, accuracy, legal compliance, or complaints. 5. No Liability Tuskegee Rentals is not liable for: Disputes, damages, or losses resulting from rental transactions Property conditions Tenant or owner conduct All rental agreements, terms, and disputes are solely between the property owner and the tenant. 6. Membership & Fees Any fees paid to Tuskegee Rentals are solely for advertising space and platform use. Fees are non-refundable once the listing is published, unless otherwise required by law. 7. Fair Housing Compliance Listings that violate the Federal Fair Housing Act or other applicable housing laws will be removed. 8. Removal of Listings We reserve the right to remove listings at any time, particularly if there are complaints, legal violations, or misrepresentation. 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tuskegee Rentals, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses related to your use of the site or your posted listings. 10. Modifications We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
